1. 30-Day Return Eligibility Window
We provide a 30-day free return & refund service. You have
30 calendar days from the date you receive your parcel to submit a return or refund application.
If the 30-day window expires, we cannot approve your return request for non-defective items.
2. Eligible Return Conditions
To qualify for full refund or exchange, all items must meet all the below standards:
- Products are unused, unwashed, unmarked and free of stains, scratches or damage caused by human factors.
- All original accessories, user manuals, gift boxes and outer packaging are intact and complete.
- Original labels, protective films and tags are not torn or removed.
- You must provide valid order number, purchase receipt or order screenshot as proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items (Baby & Kids Product Special Rules)
The following categories cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene & safety reasons, even within 30 days:
- Intimate infant supplies: baby pacifiers, feeding bottles, baby underwear, disposable diapers, bath wipes, oral care products.
- Clearance, flash sale & final-sale marked items.
- Custom personalized goods with printed names, exclusive customized packaging.
- Consumable supplies: baby lotion, body wash, teething gel, toy battery packs opened for use.
- Damaged, stained or incomplete goods caused by improper use, disassembly or self-modification by customers.
4. How to Submit a Return Request
- Contact our customer service via support@yourbrand.com, state your order number, return reason and attach clear photos of the intact product & original package.
- Our team will review your application within 24 working hours and send you official return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Do NOT send packages back without our official approval; unapproved returned parcels will be rejected and cannot be refunded.
5. Return Shipping Cost Rules
- Defective, Wrong Item or Damaged in Transit: We bear all return shipping fees, we will provide a free return shipping label for you.
- Personal reason returns (dislike, unsuitable size, wrong purchase): Customers need to cover the return shipping cost. A restocking handling fee of 10% of the product price will be deducted from your final refund amount.
6. Refund Processing Timeline
- After we receive and inspect your returned parcel, we will confirm the refund within 3–5 working days.
- Refunds will be returned to your original payment account (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Please allow an extra 3–7 working days for banks to complete the fund arrival.
- Partial refunds or store credit exchanges are also available if you do not want a full cash refund.
7. Damaged / Defective Goods Support
If your items arrive broken, defective or inconsistent with the product description:
- Send us photos/videos of damaged goods and outer package within 7 days after receiving the parcel.
- We offer 2 options for you: full free refund OR free new item re-delivery, no extra cost for you.
